What is GSCaddie?

GSCaddie is a Windows companion app for golfers who play on GSPro. It runs in the system tray on your sim PC, reads every shot the moment it lands, and surfaces the analytics that track your progress over time.

It never modifies GSPro and requires no interaction during play. Install once, sign in, and your stats update on their own.

What it does

GSCaddie pulls from two data sources: the shot data on your sim PC that your launch monitor produces after every swing, and (optionally) the GSPro web portal for deeper club-delivery data. Everything it reads is already on your PC. It does not intercept your launch monitor, modify your GSPro install, or run as a driver.

The analytics it produces:

Strokes gained. Per-round and per-club, scored against a PGA Tour baseline adjusted for your handicap. Breaks down into off-the-tee, approach, around-the-green, and putting.
Dispersion. 68% and 95% ellipses fitted to your actual shot cloud, per club.
Club gapping. Average carry and standard deviation for every club in your bag. Surfaces overlaps and dead zones.
Vs. your average. Every round scored against your own running baseline across all prior rounds.
Trend alerts. Per-club tracking of carry, ball speed, attack angle, face-to-path, and more across rounds. When a number drifts, GSCaddie surfaces it.
Fault detection and drills. Rule-based pattern detection on your ball and club-delivery data, calibrated against D-plane ball-flight law. Faults that fire across multiple clubs collapse into one card, each paired with a drill and coaching cue.
Live round view. Shots appear on a live caddie view within seconds of impact. Per-shot strokes gained, an approach read, and a what's-working callout. Works on a second screen or your phone on the stand.
Range and practice. Practice sessions are tracked separately with their own caddie view, session bests, and a speed consistency read.
Import history. If you connect the GSPro Portal, GSCaddie can pull in up to your last 10 completed rounds so your dashboard has history from day one.
Share card. Auto-generated round recap with score, key rates, and headline stat.
Multi-player. Multiple players on one sim each get their own bag, gapping, history, and Insights, kept separate.

Who it is for

Sim owners and frequent GSPro players who want their shots to mean something over time. If you play more than a few sessions a month in GSPro and want carry trends, dispersion changes, club gapping, and fault patterns, this is the intended use.

Platform

The capture app (the tray watcher) runs on Windows 10 and 11. The web dashboard, including the live caddie view, works in any browser on any device, including your phone on the stand.
