Multiple players on one sim
GSCaddie supports multiple players sharing a single simulator. Each player has their own bag, club gapping, shot history, and Insights. Their data is kept separate from yours.
How shot attribution works
GSPro identifies each player by a unique GUID in its log and round files. GSCaddie reads these markers and attributes each shot to the correct player. No manual tagging is required during play.
The first player seen on your sim is treated as the owner (you). Any additional players are attributed as guests until reviewed.
Switching the active player
The dashboard always shows data for one player at a time. If more than one player has played on your sim, a player switcher appears in the header. It shows the current player's name and a dropdown listing all players, each labeled "you" or "guest".
Click the switcher to change who you're viewing. The selection is saved per account and persists across sessions.
Solo users (one player only) do not see the switcher.
What each player gets
Each player's record is independent:
- Their own bag configuration and club gapping chart
- Their own shot history and round list
- Their own strokes-gained baseline
- Their own Insights and fault detection results
Changing the active player in the header updates all of these views to show that player's data.
