Your data and privacy
Who can see your shots
Only you. Shot and round data is isolated per account using row-level security in the database. Even people on the GSCaddie team cannot query your shots without bypassing the database policy.
What GSCaddie does with your data
GSCaddie reads shot files that GSPro writes to your local disk during normal operation. That data describes your athletic performance on your own hardware and we treat it as yours.
We use it to run the service: syncing shots across your devices, computing analytics, surfacing trends and drill recommendations.
We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or training purposes. We do not aggregate-anonymize it for sale or redistribution.
What we do not collect
- Your GSPro credentials or launch monitor credentials
- Encrypted columns in GSPro's database (we do not attempt to read or decrypt them)
- Contents of other applications, your browsing history, keystrokes, screen captures, microphone, or camera
