Create your facility

Name it, and your dashboard exists: roster, approvals, bay health, placards. Two minutes, from any browser.

Put GSCaddie on each bay PC

Download from your dashboard, install, choose facility bay setup. The bay shows a code once; you claim and name it from your phone. Bays never sign in to anything.

Print a placard per bay

One click from the dashboard, with your logo on it. Tape it at the bay. That QR is the whole member experience.

First scan creates their account and their bag. Every visit after is one tap: scan, hit, watch the numbers land. You approve new members from the queue with one tap.

Do my members pay anything?
No. The facility provides GSCaddie; members never see pricing or payment screens. If a member also has a sim at home, their account works there too.
Does it change our GSPro setup?
No. It runs alongside GSPro on each bay PC and works with your existing launch monitors. No settings change, no extra hardware.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your facility pauses until it is activated: members' access rests, bays stay paired, nothing is deleted. Email hello@gscaddie.com and we will get you set up.
What does it cost?
Facility pricing is flat and simple. We are finalizing it now; create your facility and the trial is on us while we talk.
